• What is adiClub?

    adiClub is a free adidas membership program – and your chance to get inside and unlock the best of adidas. Earn points with every purchase and interaction to level up and gain access to amazing rewards, including Hype Access, Early Access to Product Launches, Special Events, adidas Runtastic Premium and more! 

    Just track your runs and workouts with the adidas Runtastic apps to collect points and get exclusive rewards.

    The program is currently available within the adidas Running and adidas Training by Runtastic apps in the US, UK, France, Russia, Colombia, Canada, Brazil, Turkey, Germany, Argentina, Australia, Chile, India, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Peru, Poland, Singapore, and Spain.

  • How do i sign up to become an adiClub member?

    No need to sign up! If you have an adidas account, you’re automatically part of adiClub. Don’t worry, there are no strings attached – you choose if you want to complete your profile and make use of it or not, as with any other feature in the app.

    Note: After registration it could take a few minutes until your adiClub profile and experience is available in your app.

  • How do i earn adiClub points?

    You get your first adiClub points simply for creating (or just having) an adidas account. You can earn more points by completing your profile, making purchases, completing adidas product reviews, participating in adidas Runners events – and also by tracking your activities in the adidas Running or your workouts in the adidas Training by Runtastic app. Plus, we’re constantly working on finding new ways for you to earn points.

    Points for purchases made at adidas.com or from the adidas app will be allocated to your account after the order has been confirmed and shipped, which generally takes up to 72 hours. In some instances your points could take up to a week to get posted to your account. Points for in-store purchases will be allocated to your account within 72 hours after the purchase.

    Members must be signed in to the adidas app or on adidas.com to collect points. In-store members need to be identified at checkout by showing their adiClub Membership Pass in the adidas app or by providing their email or adiClub ID.

    Please note that points are removed for any products that are returned.

  • How do I earn adiClub points in the adidas Running and Training app?

    You can earn points in the adidas Running app simply by tracking your fitness activities. 

    You will receive points based on the distance of your completed runs or cycling activities.

    Please note that only "Running", "Cycling", "Road Biking", "Mountain Biking", "Handbiking" and workouts in the adidas Training app tracked via GPS count – manual entries and edited activities are not eligible for receiving points. This means, for example, that treadmill running is excluded.

    You can also earn points by participating in adidas Runners events and checking in via the adidas Running app.

    Plus, you will also receive points for creating an adidas account for the first time with the app.

  • Where can I check my point balance or adiClub level?

    adidas currently offers our members four tiers in the adiClub loyalty program, levels 1-4.

     

    You can find your current point balance and membership level in your adiClub profile in the adidas Running app, in the adidas app, or by logging in and checking the ‘My Account’ section at adidas.com.

     

    If you want to check out your point balance in the adidas Running app, follow the steps below:

     

    • Open the adidas Running app
    • Go to the Profile tab
    • Scroll to adiClub and see your Level points
    • Tap on ‘My Membership’ to see your current level
    • See ‘Overview’ and ‘History’
    • In the ‘History’ tab you can also see the points you have spent on any rewards (currently only available in the USA and UK). 

     

    If you want to check out your point balance in the adidas Training app, follow the steps below:

     

    • Open the adidas Training app
    • Go to the ‘More’ tab
    • Scroll to adiClub and see your Level points
    • Tap on ‘My Membership’ to see your current level
    • See ‘Overview’ and ‘History’
    • In the ‘History’ tab you can also see the points you have spent on any rewards (currently only available in the USA and UK).
  • Can I become an adiClub member when signing up in the adidas Running app?

    Yes, you’ll automatically become a adiClub member if you’re using the adidas Running by Runtastic app.

    Note: After registration it could take a few minutes until your adiClub profile and experience is available in your app.

  • Do I also get my registration points via the adidas Running app?

    Yes, of course. Whether you already have an account in the adidas Running by Runtastic app or whether you create a new account, you’ll get points for registration once.

  • I didn’t receive my adiClub points. How can I claim them?

    For points to be correctly allocated to your profile, you need to be signed in to your account when making purchases and completing interactions, or be identified as a adiClub member in stores. 

    When making a purchase at adidas.com or from the adidas app, points will be allocated to your account after the order has been confirmed and shipped which generally takes up to 72 hours. Points for in-store purchases will be allocated to your account within 72 hours after the purchase. Points can take up to a week to get posted to your account.

    If points have not been allocated even one week after your online or in-store purchase, please contact adidas Customer Support*. Missing points cannot be claimed in adidas stores.

    When tracking an activity in the adidas Running app, please note that points can only be earned for running activities and if tracked via GPS. Manual entries and edited activities are not eligible for receiving points.

  • How can I leave adiClub?

    You can leave adiClub by deleting your account, but then you won’t be able to use the adidas Running and adidas Training apps anymore.

    However, there’s no need to leave adiClub: it’s a free feature, so no costs at all for you, and you are the one to decide whether you want to complete the profile information, collect points, and make use of the offered benefits – or not.

  • What is adidas Runtastic Premium?

    adidas Runtastic Premium is a paid membership that provides access to exclusive, additional features within the adidas Running and adidas Training by Runtastic apps. 

    With Premium, you get access to all Training Plans – ranging from running training plans for beginners, race preparation, weight loss, or different goals to personalized bodyweight training plans targeted to specific areas of the body or whole-body training plans to build muscle or simply stay fit.

    Moreover, other functionalities like Advanced Statistics, Personal Records or Auto Pause are available only within Premium.

    As an adiClub member in one of the upper levels of the membership program, we will reward you with adidas Runtastic Premium for free.
