• adidas Running app/android: The adidas Running app is crashing

    Some users are reporting that their adidas Running app is crashing or not opening.

    This is due to an ongoing outage on Google’s side.

    While we’re working on a permanent solution, we can offer you the following workaround: 

    1. Navigate to Play Store app
    2. Search for Android System WebView (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.webview)
    3. Select the "Update" option
    4. Repeat these steps for Google Chrome (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.chrome)

    After following the steps above the app should work for you again.

  • Zwift - Connection issues

    Some users are reporting that they are facing issues with their connection between Zwift and adidas Running. This results in activities not being synced and the connection to be interrupted. 

    This is due to a technical issue on Zwift’s side.

  • Open Street Map no longer working

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to see the Open Street Map in their Runtastic App.

    This is due to technical changes, which means we can no longer provide the OpenStreetMap option. In case you still see the option displayed in the app, simply update to the latest app version 11.21.

  • Inappropriate Follow Requests - adidas Runtastic apps 

    Some users are reporting inappropriate adidas Runtastic follow requests. This was the result of someone misusing our social features.

    We have since identified the problem and solved it, removing all malicious content from the app and deleting the accounts of the users attempting to connect with you in a way that we do not support at adidas Runtastic.

    We also took the necessary steps to prevent unfortunate incidents like this in the future and will continue to do everything we can to offer you the best running and training experiences.

    We want to provide you with an awesome app experience, no matter which of our apps you use. That’s why we are focusing our energy and working on the apps and products where we see the greatest potential.

    We wanted to let you know that we have decided to stop supporting our apps in the Chinese market.

    Don’t worry, you can still install our apps via the Google Play Store in case you are not located in China, and enjoy all the benefits. 

  • iOS: adidas Running app stuck on the loading screen

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to use the adidas Running app as they are stuck on the loading screen.

    While we’re working on a permanent solution, we can offer you the following workaround: 

    1. Make sure you have the newest adidas Running app version installed
    2. Tap this link on your phone
    3. You will be automatically logged out of the app
    4. Now log into the adidas Running app and you should be able to access the app again.

  • iOS: adidas Training app stuck on the loading screen

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to use the adidas Training app as they are stuck on the loading screen.

    While we’re working on a permanent solution, we can offer you the following workaround: 

    1. Make sure you have the newest app version installed
    2. Tap this link on your phone
    3. You will be automatically logged out of the app
    4. Now log into the Adidas Training app and you should be able to access the app again.
