• Android/iOS: Sync issues between Runtastic and MyFitnessPal

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to sync their activities from Runtastic or Results to MyFitnessPal.

    While we’re working on a permanent solution, we can offer you the following workaround:

    As a user of the Runtastic app, you can connect to Google Fit or Apple Health.

    MyFitnessPal then collects the data of your activities directly from there.

    To enable Google Fit, please follow the easy steps below:

    • Make sure you have the latest version of the Runtastic app installed on your phone
    • Tap “Profile” followed by the “gear icon” in the upper right corner
    • Choose “Partner Accounts”
    • Tap the “Connect” button next to “Google Fit”

    To enable Apple Health, please follow the easy steps below:

    • Tap the “Profile” tab
    • Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
    • Select “Partner Accounts”
    • Enable Apple Health
  • iOS: Sync issues between Results and MyFitnessPal

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to sync their activities from Results to MyFitnessPal.

    As a user of the Runtastic Results app, you can connect to Apple Health. MyFitnessPal then collects the data of your activities directly from there.

    To connect to Apple health open the Results App:

    • Click on “more”  
    • Scroll down and chose “Apple Health”
    • Enable the toggle next to Apple Health as Partner Account
  • Android: Known issue when downloading the Push-ups, Sit-ups, Pull-ups & Squats apps

    Some users are reporting that they receive a 505 error message when trying to download the Push-ups, Sit-ups, Pull-ups & Squats apps. The good news is that we have a solution for you:

    Please carry out the following steps to solve the problem:

    • Reboot your phone
    • Open the settings of your phone
    • Select Apps
    • Tap Google Play Store
    • Select Storage
    • Tap "Clear data"

    If you still can’t successfully download the app, please either connect to a different WIFI, or alternatively use your mobile data to download the app.

  • Android: Road Bike app gets stuck on the loading screen

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to open the Road Bike app because the app gets stuck in a loop during loading. The good news is that we have a solution for you:

    • Go to the settings of your phone
    • Select Accounts
    • Tap “Runtastic”
    • Remove the Runtastic account

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to open the Sleep Better app because the app gets stuck in a loop during loading. The good news is that we have a solution for you:

    • Select Accounts
    • Tap “Runtastic”
    • Remove the Runtastic account
