    We want to provide you with an awesome app experience, no matter which of our apps you use. That’s why we are focusing our energy and working on the apps and products where we see the greatest potential.

    We wanted to let you know that we have decided to stop supporting our apps in the Chinese market.

    Don’t worry, you can still install our apps via the Google Play Store in case you are not located in China, and enjoy all the benefits. 

  • Open Street Map no longer working

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to see the Open Street Map in their Runtastic App.

    This is due to technical changes, which means we can no longer provide the OpenStreetMap option. In case you still see the option displayed in the app, simply update to the latest app version 11.21.

  • iOS: adidas Running app stuck on the loading screen

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to use the adidas Running app as they are stuck on the loading screen.

    While we’re working on a permanent solution, we can offer you the following workaround: 

    1. Make sure you have the newest adidas Running app version installed
    2. Tap this link on your phone
    3. You will be automatically logged out of the app
    4. Now log into the adidas Running app and you should be able to access the app again.

  • iOS: adidas Training app stuck on the loading screen

    Some users are reporting that they are unable to use the adidas Training app as they are stuck on the loading screen.

    While we’re working on a permanent solution, we can offer you the following workaround: 

    1. Make sure you have the newest app version installed
    2. Tap this link on your phone
    3. You will be automatically logged out of the app
    4. Now log into the Adidas Training app and you should be able to access the app again.
