• Pause a workout

    You can pause a workout in the Leg Trainer App by tapping the pause icon at the bottom left corner during your workout.

    To resume the workout again press the play icon at the bottom left corner.

  • Log out of the app

    To log out of the Leg Trainer App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Choose „Settings“. At the bottom of the screen you will find the „Log out“ button. Press it to log out of the app.

  • Connect to MyFitnessPal

    In order to connect the Leg Trainer App to MyFitnessPal go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Choose „Settings“. Tap „Connect to MyFitnessPal“ and then „Connect“ to connect to MyFitnessPal.

  • Enable / disable the voice coach

    To enable / disable the Voice Coach go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Choose „Settings“. Tap „Voice Coach“ and use the controller next to „Voice Coach“ to enable or disable the Voice Coach.

  • Change the voice coach

    To change the Voice Coach in the Leg Trainer App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Choose „Settings“.

    Tap „Voice Coach“ to change the language and to enable/disable the Voice Coach. Save your choices by going back in the upper left corner.

  • Set favorite exercises

    In order to set favorite exercises in the Leg Trainer App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Choose „All Exercise Videos“. Open your favorite exercise by tapping it. There is a star in the bottom right corner - tap it to set the workout as one of your favorites.

  • View exercise videos

    In order to view exercise videos in the Leg Trainer App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Choose „All Exercise Videos“. Now you can watch all the exercise videos by tapping them. They are listed in different levels from Easy over Medium to Hard. Furthermore you can choose a filter in the upper right corner.

  • View "My Workouts"

    To view "My Workouts" in the Leg Trainer App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Choose „My Workouts“. There is a list of five predefined workouts you can choose from or you can create your own workout by tapping the cross in the upper right corner.

  • Change the training day in the Leg Trainer App

    In the Training Plan screen tap the icon at the top right corner. Select your next training day from the list by tapping it. Press the tick in the upper right corner to save your next training day.

  • Add your own workout

    To add your own workout in the Leg Trainer App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Choose „My Workouts“ and tap the cross in the upper right corner.

    Name your workout and press „done“. Choose an exercise from the easy, medium or hard level by tapping it. You can set a filter in the upper right corner, e.g. favorite exercises (star). 

    After choosing an exercise you are able to change the number of sets and repetitions. To change the exercise type or the number of sets and repetitions afterwards just tap them again.

    Add as many exercises you’d like to and tap „Done“ at the bottom of the screen to save your workout.

    To change the exercise type or the number of sets and repetitions just tap them again. 

    To delete the workout tap it and slide it to the left until the „delete“ button shows up. Press the button to delete your created workout.

  • Edit a workout

    To edit a workout in the Leg Trainer App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Tap „My Workouts“ and choose one of the listed workouts.

    Tap the little pencil next to the time in the upper right corner. Now you are able to delete or edit exercises by tapping the exercise you’d like to delete / edit.

    You are also able to choose the amount of sets (up to 10) and repetitions (up to 100).

    To delete an exercise first tap on the exercise and then the „x“ in the upper left corner of the workout picture.

    To add a new exercise tap the plus next to the last exercise.

    When you are finished save your changes by tapping „Done“ at the bottom of the screen.
