• Use the Butt Trainer App with Google Chromecast

    Start your Chromecast and tap the Chromecast icon in the Butt Trainer app.

    As soon as the app is connected with Chromecast, the logo of the app will be displayed on your TV screen. If you start a workout, the videos and the voice coach will be mirrored on your TV screen via the Chromecast.

  • Edit a Workout

    In order to edit a workout in the Butt Trainer app, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Tap “My Workouts” and select one of the listed workouts.

    Tap the pencil next to the time. Now you are able to delete or edit exercises by tapping the exercise you’d like to add / delete.

    You are also able to choose the amount of sets (up to 10) and repetitions (up to 100).

    To delete an exercise, tap and hold the exercise until “delete” shows up at the bottom of the screen. Move the exercise to the waste basket to delete it.

    To save your workout tap “Done” in the upper left corner.

  • Pause a Workout in the Butt Trainer App

    You can pause a workout in the Butt Trainer app by tapping the pause icon at the bottom left corner during your workout.

    To resume the workout again press the play icon at the bottom left corner.

  • Log Out of the App

    In order to log out of the Butt Trainer app, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Select “Settings“, then “Personal“ and then the “Log out“ button. Press it to log out of the app.

  • Connect to MyFitnessPal

    In order to connect the Butt Trainer app to MyFitnessPal, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Select “Settings“.

    Tap “Partner Accounts“ and then “Connect“ to connect to MyFitnessPal.

  • Enable / Disable the Voice Coach

    To enable / disable the Voice Coach in the Butt Trainer app, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Select “Settings“. Scroll down to the “Voice Coach“ section. Tick the box next to “Enable Voice Coach“ to enable or disable the Voice Coach.

  • Change the Voice Coach

    In order to change the Voice Coach in the Butt Trainer app, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Select “Settings“. Scroll down to the “Voice Coach“ section to change the volume, language, the gender and to enable/disable the Voice Coach.

  • Set a Favorite Exercise

    In order to set a favorite exercise in the Butt Trainer app, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Select “All Exercise Videos”. Open your favorite exercise by tapping on it. There is a star in the top right corner - tap it to set the exercise as one of your favorites.

     

    View all favorite exercises:

    Go to the menu again and select "All Exercise Videos". Tap the filter icon in the upper right corner and set the star as your filter. All your favorite exercises are shown.

  • View the Exercise Videos

    In order to view the exercise videos in the Butt Trainer app, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Select “All Exercise Videos”. Now you can watch all the exercise videos by tapping them. They are listed in different levels from Easy, Medium to Hard. Furthermore you can choose a filter in the upper right corner.

  • View My Workouts

    In order to view your workouts in the Butt Trainer App, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Select “My Workouts”. There is a list of six predefined workouts you can choose from or you can create your own workout by tapping the plus in the upper right corner.

  • Edit a Workout

    In order to edit a workout in the Butt Trainer app, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Tap “My Workouts” and select one of the listed workouts.

  • Share Your Activity on Social Networks

    In order to share your activity on Facebook, Twitter or other social networks, open the settings.

    The option "Social Networks" allows you to connect your app to your social networks.

    Once connected, you will receive the option to share your activity right after you have finished your activity.

  • Listen to Music During Your Workout

    We suggest activating the option "Use Runtastic Music" within the settings of the app.

    You can download the "Runtastic Music" app free from the app store in order to use it as your standard music player in our apps.

    There are two ways to listen to music:

    1. Tap the music icon at the top of the screen and choose within the Runtastic Music app the album or playlist you would like to listen to.

    or

    1. Use the "Return" button on your phone to return to the app.
    2. Tap on “Choose music” under the exercise preview.
  • Change Training Day or Level

    The app automatically starts with the first day of the first level.

    In order to start your training, simply tap "Start Training" at the bottom of the screen.

    Right above the exercise preview, you will find information about the next training session.

    It will show the date of your next session.

    In order to change the date or level, simply tap the date. Here you can change both the date and the level.*

    You can also tap the menu icon in the upper right corner followed by "Choose a training date".


    * All three levels are available for you in the Full Version of the app.

  • Add Your Own Workout

    To add your own workout in the Butt Trainer app, go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Select “My Workouts” and tap the plus in the upper right corner.

    Name your workout and press “done” (in the bottom right corner). Select an exercise from the Easy, Medium or Hard level by tapping on it. You can set a filter in the upper right corner, e.g. favorite exercises (star).

    After selecting an exercise you are able to change the number of sets and repetitions. To change the exercise type or the number of sets and repetitions afterwards, just tap them again.

    Add as many exercises you’d like to and tap “Done“ at the bottom of the screen to save your workout.

    To change the exercise type or the number of sets and repetitions, just tap them again.

    To delete the workout press firmly until a window pops up. Tap “Delete” to remove your created workout.
