• Overall Statistics

    Go to “Statistics” in the menu at the left to enter the Overall Statistics.

    The overall statistics give you an overview of your activities per week, month, year and overall. The statistics include the number of activities, distance, duration, calories and elevation gain/loss.

  • Training History

    To open the Training History, go to the menu at the left, click “Statistics” and then “Training History” in the navigation bar next to the green “Add a Workout”.

    The Training History includes general information on your activities.

    Use the drop-down menu under “Training History” to choose between Sessions count, Overall distance, Overall duration, Overall elevation gain, Overall elevation loss and Calories burned.

    You can change the time span by using the arrows to the left and to the right of the currently shown time span. You can also choose between a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly view.

    The second graph combines the different values (distance, duration, etc.). To choose the values shown, tick the box next to the desired values.

    Once again, you are able to change the time span and the daily, weekly, monthly or yearly view.

  • Where is my Fitness Report?

    Have you noticed over the past weeks that your Weekly Fitness Report has been missing?

    We're currently in the process of switching over to a new tool in order to improve our service and offer you the best possible overview of your stats and progress - which may be the reason behind some minor slip-ups with our last send-outs. Not to worry, we are already working on a solution. If your Fitness Report hasn't found its way into your inbox, please check your Spam folder first to see if it ended up in there. We apologize for any inconvenience in this exceptional situation and want to ensure you that we are running forward full force in order to get your personal Fitness Reports, stats and progress back on schedule and in your inbox - where they belong. We thank you for your understanding.

  • Performance Progress

    To open the Performance Progress, go to the menu at the left, click “Statistics” and then “Performance Progress” in the navigation bar next to the green “Add a Workout”.

    The Performance Progress displays the improvement of your performance.

    Use the drop-down menu under “Performance Progress” to choose between Average speed, Average pace, Average heart rate, Average distance and Average duration.

    You can change the time span by using the arrows to the left and to the right of the currently shown time span. You can also choose between a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly view.

    The second graph combines the different values (speed, pace, etc.). To choose the values shown, tick the box next to the desired values.

    Once again, you are able to change the time span and the daily, weekly, monthly or yearly view.

  • Training Habits

    To open the Training Habits, go to the menu at the left, click “Statistics” and then “Training Habits” in the navigation bar next to the green “Add a Workout”.

    The Training Habits shows at which hours of the day, days of the week and months of the year you are most active.

    Use the drop-down menu under “Training Habits” to choose between Sessions count, Overall distance, Overall duration, Overall elevation gain, Overall elevation loss and Calories burned.

    You can choose between the three views - hours of the day, days of the week or months of the year - at the bottom right.

    The second graph combines the different values (distance, duration, etc.). To choose the values shown, tick the box next to the desired values. Once again, you can choose between the three views.

  • Personal Records

    Runtastic Records is a fun and motivating Premium feature which helps you keep track of your personal bests. Go to "Statistics" in the menu at the left and choose "Personal Records".

    You can view your fastest kilometer, fastest 5K, your fastest marathon and many more records.

    View, challenge and beat records for a variety of activities with Runtastic.

    Delete a Record

    If you are awarded a record by mistake, for instance, due to a tracking error, you can delete it. Just click on the three dots in the right upper corner of the record and then “Remove from Records”. Alternatively, open the affected activity, click "Options" to open the menu and select "Exclude from Records".

  • Change the Sport Type shown in the Statistics

    The “Training History”, “Performance Progress” and “Training Habits” views give you the option of selecting which sport types are shown.

    To do so, just click the sport types you would like to be shown in the list at the left.

  • Compare

    The “Training History”, “Performance Progress” and “Training Habits” views give you the option of comparing your results with those of your friends or yourself.

    To do so, choose either “Me” or “Friends” in the menu at the left.

    A new drop-down menu will appear under “Friends”. In it, you can select which friends (a maximum of two) you would like to compare your statistics with.
