• Pause a workout

    You can pause a workout in the Six Pack App by tapping the pause icon at the bottom left corner during your workout.

    To resume the workout again press the play icon at the bottom left corner.

  • Log out of the app

    To log out of the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Choose „Settings“. At the bottom of the screen you will find the „Log out“ button. Press it to log out of the app.

  • Connect to MyFitnessPal

    To connect the Six Pack App to MyFitnessPal go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Choose „Settings“. Tap „Connect to MyFitnessPal“ and then „Connect“ to connect to MyFitnessPal.

  • Enable / disable the voice coach

    To enable / disable the Voice Coach in the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Choose „Settings“.

    Tap „Voice Coach“ and use the controller next to „Voice Coach“ to enable or disable the Voice Coach.

  • Change the voice coach

    To change the Voice Coach in the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Choose „Settings“.

    Tap „Voice Coach“ to change the language, female or male and to enable / disable the Voice Coach. Save your choices by going back in the upper left corner.

  • Select the trainer

    To select a trainer in the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Choose „Settings“.

    Tap „Select your Trainer“ and choose either Daniel or Angie. Just go back via the arrow in the upper left corner to save your trainer.

  • Set favorite exercises

    To set favorite exercises in the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Choose „All Exercise Videos“.

    Open your favorite exercise by tapping on it. There is a star at the bottom right corner - tap it to set the workout as one of your favorites.

     

    View all favorite exercises:

    Go to the menu again and choose "All Exercise Videos". Tap "Filter" in the upper right corner and set the star as your filter. All your favorite exercises are shown. 

     

  • View the Body Fat Visualization

    To view the Body Fat Visualization in the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Choose „Body Fat Visualization“ and pick either Angie or Daniel. Move the controller underneath the visualization to the left or right to see the changes in body fat.

  • View exercise videos

    To view exercise videos in the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Choose „All Exercise Videos“.

    Now you can watch all the exercise videos by tapping on them. They are listed in different levels from Easy over Medium to Hard. Furthermore you can choose a filter in the upper right corner.

  • View “My Workouts”

    To view "My Workouts" in the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Choose „My Workouts“.

    There is a list of six predefined workouts you can choose from or you can create your own workout by tapping the cross in the upper right corner.

  • Change the training day

    To change the training day in the Six Pack App tap the icon at the top right corner in the Training Plan screen. Select your next training day from the list by tapping on it. Press the tick in the upper right corner to save your training day.

  • Add your own workout

    To add your own workout in the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right. Choose „My Workouts“ and tap the cross in the upper right corner.

    Name your workout and press „done“. Choose an exercise from the easy, medium or hard level by tapping on it. You can set a filter in the upper right corner, e.g. favorite exercises (star). 

    After choosing an exercise you are able to change the number of sets and repetitions. To change the exercise type or the number of sets and repetitions afterwards just tap them again.

    Add as many exercises you’d like to and tap „Done“ at the bottom of the screen to save your workout.

    To delete the workout tap it and slide it to the left until the „delete“ button shows up. Press the button to delete your created workout.

  • Edit a workout

    To edit a workout in the Six Pack App go to the menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner or swiping the screen from the left to the right.

    Tap „My Workouts“ and choose one of the listed workouts.

    Tap the little pencil next to the time in the upper right corner. Now you are able to delete or edit exercises by tapping the exercise you’d like to delete / edit.

    You are also able to choose the amount of sets (up to 10) and repetitions (up to 100).

    To delete an exercise first tap on the exercise and then the „x“ in the upper left corner of the workout picture.

    To add a new exercise tap the plus next to the last exercise. 

    When you are finished save your changes by tapping „Done“ at the bottom of the screen.

  • Six Pack video downloads not working?

    If you are experiencing problems with the download of Six Pack videos please make sure that you set the time & time zone correctly with the settings of your smartphone. After you have set the time the download should work properly.

  • Six Pack App Crash

    Generally, if you delete the app and reinstall, most crashing issues are resolved. You will not be charged again if you use the same iTunes Account to download Runtastic and all of your data will be synced, so you wont lose any data.

    Note: Please upload all sessions to Runtastic.com from the History tab of the Runtastic App beforehand.

    Our developers would really appreciate your log files so they can fix bugs as soon as possible.

    1. Open you iPhone's general settings (on the iOS settings app).

    2. Navigate to Privacy > Diagnostics & Usage

    3. Select Diagnostic and Usage Data

    4. Search for any log that says runtasticPRO, runtastic, mountainbike or mountainbikePRO,... etc.

    5. Select all content in the log and copy it.

    6. Paste the content into a ticket request and choose “Log Files” 

  • Apple Watch: Start a Workout

    In order to start an activity on your Apple Watch, open the Six Pack App, select “Next Training” and press the “Start” button.
    In this screen, you can also see the duration of the workout and the exercises of your workout with the number of sets and repetitions.

  • Apple Watch: Pause/Resume/End an Activity

    During an activity, there is an easy way to pause your session: press firmly in the middle of the screen of your Apple Watch. Now select “Pause” to pause your session. The screen goes back to the workout screen where you can see the word “Paused” in blue letters.

    Use the same procedure to resume or end your activity.

  • Apple Watch: View the Next Training

    In order to view the Next Training, open the Six Pack app and select “Next Training”.

    In this screen, you can see the duration of the workout and the exercises of your workout with the number of sets and repetitions.

  • Apple Watch: View “My Workouts”

    In order to view the predefined workouts on your Apple Watch, open the Six Pack app and select “My Workouts”.

    You can choose between several different predefined workouts (e.g., “Get in Shape”, “Runtastic CEO” or “7-Minute”) by tapping on one of them.

    To use your chosen workout, just press “Start”.
