• Libra App & Libra Scale 'How To' Video

     

  • View information on the data (e.g. Body Fat, BMI, …)

    To get information on the Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Tissue, Body Water Content, Calorie Allowance or Body Mass Index make sure you are in the „My Overview“ screen.

    Tap the information you’d like to know more about (e.g. Body Fat). A new screen opens which gives you detailed information about your current Body Fat. To close the info-box tap the „x“ in the upper right corner.

  • Edit the user profile

    Go to the menu by swiping the screen from the left to the right or by tapping the icon in the top left corner. Choose „Settings“ and then „Edit User Profile“.

    Change the wrong data by tapping it and save your changes by tapping „Save“ in the upper right corner. Tap „close“ to leave the profile details without saving the changes.

  • Connect to MyFitnessPal

    Go to the menu by swiping the screen from the left to the right or by tapping the icon in the top left corner.

    Choose „Settings“ and then „Partner Accounts“. Press the „connect“ button to connect the Libra App with MyFitnessPal.

  • Change units

    Go to the menu by swiping the screen from the left to the right or by tapping the icon in the top left corner.

    Choose „Settings“. Change the unit by tapping the one you’d like to have (kg, lb or st).

  • Connect a Libra

    Go to the menu by swiping the screen from the left to the right or by tapping the icon in the top left corner.

    Choose „Settings“ and then „Paired Scales“. Tap „Add a scale“ to connect your Libra with the App.

  • Set a goal

    Go to the menu by swiping the screen from the left to the right or by tapping the icon in the top left corner. Choose „Goals“ to set a weight or body fat goal.

    Tap „Set a weight goal“ and choose the weight you’d like to have and the target date. The smilie at the bottom tells you if the goal is reasonable. Save the new goal by tapping „Commit to goal“.

  • View the weight history

    Go to the menu by swiping the screen from the left to the right or by tapping the icon at the top left corner. Choose „Weight History“ to review your history.

    By scrolling down you see older entries, the graph at the top moves along. The blue line shows your weight, the red one your body fat.

  • Add a manual entry

    To add a manual entry tap the plus in the upper right corner in the overview screen.

    Choose a date, select a weight and add a note if you’d like to. Press „save“ to add the entry to your history.
