• Record your own amount of repetitions

    If you don't want to follow the preset training days, you are also able to record your own set of repetitions. 

    To do so just press "Session / Record" in the workout screen. 

    When you pause your workout for a couple of seconds the app pauses as well and a set is created. Touch the screen again to skip the pause.

  • Where to put the phone during the workout

    Sit-Ups: Place your phone flat against your chest in landscape mode and hold it there with your hands.

    Push-Ups: Place your phone on the floor. Bring your body or face close to the phone display or touch the display with the tip of your nose.

    Squats: Hold your phone with both hands in landscape mode in front of your chest.

    Pull-Ups: Put your phone upright in your pocket or hang it around your neck.

  • View the history

    To view the history follow these simple steps:

    • Tap „History“ at the bottom left corner
    • The History shows you your overall sit ups, your overall time, your daily sit ups and your burned calories.
    • Switch between the views „Level“, „Month“, „Year“ and „Overall“ at the top of the screen
  • Set a reminder

    To set a reminder follow these simple steps:

    • Tap „Me“ in the lower right corner and then tap the two gears in the upper right corner
    • Go to the section „Training Plan“ and tap „Reminder“
    • Enable the Reminder by moving the controller to the right
    • Choose the time at the lower half of the screen
    • Tap „Back“ at the top left corner to save your changes
  • Change the voice feedback language

    To change the Voice Feedback Language follow these simple steps

    • Tap „Me“ in the lower right corner and then tap the two gears in the upper right corner
    • Tap „Language“
    • Choose your language by tapping it
    • Enable or disable the Voice Feedback by moving the controller next to „Voice Feedback“ to the right or left
  • Change the training day

    To change the Training Day follow these simple steps:

    • In the Workout Screen tap the gear in the middle of the screen between the current date and „Next Training“
    • Choose your training day
    • Save the training day by tapping „Done“ in the upper right corner

    Or

    • Tap „Me“ in the lower right corner and then tap the two gears in the upper right corner
    • Go to the section „Training Plan“ and tap „Level X, Day X„
    • Choose your training day
    • Save your training day by tapping „Back“ at the top left corner
  • View the leaderboard

    To view the Leaderboard follow these simple steps:

    • Tap „Leaderboard“ at the bottom of the screen between „Workout“ and „Me“
    • There are two tables showing up: the overall sit-ups and the sit-up records. To change to different comparisons tap „more“ underneath the third entry
    • Now change between week, month, year and overall by tapping on the value you’d like to use.
    • Tap the icon in the upper right corner to switch between „Community“ and „Friends“
  • Connect to MyFitnessPal

    In order to connect the App to MyFitnessPal follow these simple steps:

    • Tap „Me“ in the lower right corner and then tap the two gears in the upper right corner
    • Choose „Partner Accounts“
    • Tap „Connect“ to connect to MyFitnessPal
  • Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Squats, Pull-Ups App Crash

    Generally, if you delete the app and reinstall, most crashing issues are resolved. You will not be charged again if you use the same iTunes Account to download Runtastic and all of your data will be synced, so you wont lose any data.

    Note: Please upload all sessions to Runtastic.com if necessary.

    Our developers would really appreciate your log files so they can fix bugs as soon as possible.

    1. Open you iPhone's general settings (on the iOS settings app).

    2. Navigate to General > About > Diagnostics & Usage

    3. Select Diagnostic and Usage Data

    4. Search for any log that says pushupsPRO, situps, squatsPRO or pullups,... etc.

    5. Select all content in the log and copy it.

    6. Paste the content into a ticket request and choose “Log Files”
