• Record your own amount of repetitions

    If you don't want to follow the preset training days, you are also able to record your own set of repetitions. 

    To do so just press "Session / Record" in the workout screen. 

    When you pause your workout for a couple of seconds the app pauses as well and a set is created. Touch the screen again to skip the pause.

    Our Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Squats and Pull-Ups Apps have a quite similar design, therefore the articles in this section refer to all of the Apps mentioned.

  • Position of the phone during the workout

    Sit-Ups: Place your phone flat against your chest in landscape mode and hold it there with your hands.

    Push-Ups: Place your phone on the floor. Bring your body or face close to the phone display or touch the display with the tip of your nose.

    Squats: Hold your phone with both hands in landscape mode in front of your chest.

    Pull-Ups: Put your phone upright in your pocket or hang it around your neck.

  • View the Statistics

    To view the Statistics follow these simple steps:

    • Tap „Statistics“ at the top next to „Main“ or swipe the screen from the left to the right 
    • The Statistics show you your overall sit ups, your overall time, your daily sit ups and your burned calories.
  • Set a reminder

    To set a reminder follow these simple steps:

    • Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and then „Settings“
    • Tap „Training day reminder“
    • Tick the box next to „Notify me“
    • Select the time by tapping it and enable / disable vibration or a calendar entry by ticking the box next to it.
  • Change the Voice Feedback language

    To change the Voice Feedback language follow these simple steps

    • Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and then „Settings“
    • Tap „Voice Feedback Language“
    • Select your language by tapping it
  • Change the Training Day

    To change the Training Day follow these simple steps:

    • In the Main screen tap the three dots next to „Today“ in the in the dark box at the lower half of the screen
    • Tap „Training day selection“
    • Select your training day
    • Go back to the main screen and save the training day by tapping the arrow in the top left corner

    • Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and then „Settings“
    • Tap „Training day selection“
    • Select your training day
    • Go back to the main screen and save the training day by tapping the arrow in the top left corner twice
  • View the Leaderboard

    The Leaderboard gives you information about the persons who accomplished the most repetitions in a chosen time or overall. Furthermore you are able to compare your success with your friends. 

    To view the Leaderboard follow these simple steps:

    • Tap „Leaderboard“ at the top between „Main“ and „Me“ or swipe the screen from the right to the left 
    • There are two tables showing up: the overall sit-ups and the sit-up records. To change to different comparisons tap „more“ underneath the third entry
    • Now change between week, month, year and overall by tapping on the value you’d like to use.
    • Tap the icon in the upper right corner to switch between „All Users“ and „My Friends“

     

  • Connect to MyFitnessPal

    In order to connect the App to MyFitnessPal follow these simple steps:

    • Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and then „Settings“
    • Select „Partner Accounts“
    • Tap „Connect“ to connect to MyFitnessPal
