• Windows Phone Phase Out

    Unfortunately, Windows Phone has far fewer users compared to Android and iOS. This means that the market is relatively small. It is always a good idea to check out the future possibilities of a platform before purchasing a phone.

    Like every other company, we make our decisions based on where we see the greatest potential. At the same time, we are one of the few companies that has developed apps for this platform. Naturally, we also want to offer our Windows Phone users the best possible products. However, we hope you understand that our priorities are set according to platform and market and that from now on we will no longer be updating our apps for Windows Phone.

    Our Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Squats and Pull-Ups Apps have a quite similar design, therefore the articles in this section refer to all of the Apps mentioned.

  • Where to put the phone during the workout

    Sit Ups: Place your phone flat against your chest in landscape mode and hold it there with your hands.

    Push Ups: Place your phone on the floor. Bring your body or face close to the phone display or touch the display with the tip of your nose.

    Squats: Hold your phone with both hands in landscape mode in front of your chest.

    Pull-Ups: Put your phone upright in your pocket or hang it around your neck.

  • View the Statistics

    To view the Statistics follow these simple steps:

    • Move the screen to the right with a swiping motion to get to the stats view
    • The Statistics show you your overall sit ups, your overall duration, your daily sit ups and your burned calories.
    • Switch between the views „Level“, „Month“ and „Year“ by tapping the current view at the top. In the month view you are able to switch between months by using the arrows at the left and right.
  • Set a Reminder

    To set a Reminder follow these simple steps:

    • Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of the main screen and then „settings“
    • Choose „Training Day Reminder“
    • Enable the Reminder by moving the controller to the right
    • Choose a time by tapping on the current chosen time
  • Change the Voice Coach

    To change the Voice Coach follow these simple steps

    • Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of the main screen and then „settings“
    • Tap „Voice Coach Settings“
    • Enable or disable the Voice Coach by moving the controller to the right or left
    • Choose a language by tapping it
  • Change the training day

    To change the Training Day follow these simple steps:

    • In the Main Screen tap the calendar icon in the black box next to the current date
    • Choose your training day
    • Save the training day by going back to the main screen using the arrow in the bottom left corner


    • Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of the main screen and then „settings“
    • Tap „Training Day Selection“
    • Choose your training day
    • Save your training day by tapping the arrow in the bottom left corner
  • View the Leaderboard

    To view the Leaderboard follow these simple steps:

    • Tap „Leaderboard“ at the top of the screen between „main“ and „me“ or move the screen from the right to the left with a swiping motion.
    • There are two tables showing up: the overall sit-ups and the sit-up records. To change to different comparisons tap the table you’d like to view
    • Now change between week, month, year and overall by tapping on the value you’d like to use.
    • Tap the left icon at the bottom at the screen to switch between „All Users“ and „My Friends“
