Restore In-App purchases
If you purchased an In-App feature, e.g. the Premium Membership, it might happen, that the extra feature is not anymore available for you later on or not activated yet.
If that is the case, you are able to restore the In-App purchase.
To do so, tap the “Profile” tab followed by the “gear icon” to reach the settings of the adidas Running app. Choose "adidas Running & Premium" and then "Restore In-App Purchases".
Make sure to use the same Apple account you used when you purchased the extra feature the first time.

Shoe Tracking
Do you know the last time you changed your running shoes? We recommend that you change your running shoes, depending on the model, about every 500 kilometers to reduce the risk of injury.
The Shoe Tracking feature automatically assigns your kilometers to your running shoe.
Add a Shoe
Follow these simple steps to add a shoe for the first time:
- Tap the “Profile” tab
- Scroll to “My Shoes”
- Tap “Add Your First Shoe”
- Select the brand of your shoe from the list or enter the brand in the search field
- Select your model from the list or enter the model in the search field
- You can either use the available picture of the model or add one of your own - just tap on the photo icon
- Enter a Nickname, Size and Color for your shoe and tap “Next” to save your information
- Select a date from which all your activities since then will be assigned to your shoe
- Select the Activity Type you would like to assign to the shoe* and tap “Next” to save your information
- Set a limit for your shoe** and tap “Done”
* Shoe Tracking is available for Running, Walking, Nordic Walking, Hiking and Running (Treadmill).
** We recommend retiring your shoes after 500 km. At this point, the cushioning capability of your shoes decreases, exposing your joints to greater shock and force.
Note: If you cannot find the brand or model of your shoe, select “Other” and enter the model name in the Nickname field.
