The adidas Runtastic Premium Membership can be purchased in either of our apps using the payment options provided in the Google Play or Apple App Store, depending on your phone.

If you did not purchase your Premium Membership directly on Runtastic.com, we kindly ask you to contact the relevant app store directly. Unfortunately, we do not have access to or influence on transactions made within the app store.

This means we will automatically renew your membership for you, so you don’t have to waste time and you won’t accidentally lose the many benefits of Premium Membership.

The rate at which we auto-renew depends on the chosen duration of your membership. For example, a 12-month membership is renewed every 12 months. This doesn't mean you can never cancel your Premium Membership! We will only automatically renew it if you have not told us you want to cancel.
