  • How can I pay for my Runtastic Premium Membership?

    The adidas Runtastic Premium Membership can be purchased in either of our apps using the payment options provided in the Google Play or Apple App Store, depending on your phone.


  • Redeem a Promotion Code / Gift for the Premium Membership

    You can enter a Promotion Code for a Premium Membership at runtastic.com/giftcard

    If you are an android user you can also enter a Promotion Code by following these steps below on your device:

    • Go to your Profile tab
    • Click on "Settings" (gear icon)
    • Click on "adidas Running"
    • Enter the Promotion Code.

    Note: If you already are a Premium Member it is not possible to enter a promotion code.

  • What does “automatic renewal” of my Premium Membership mean?

    This means we will automatically renew your membership for you, so you don’t have to waste time and you won’t accidentally lose the many benefits of Premium Membership.

    The rate at which we auto-renew depends on the chosen duration of your membership. For example, a 12-month membership is renewed every 12 months. This doesn't mean you can never cancel your Premium Membership! We will only automatically renew it if you have not told us you want to cancel.
