We wanted to let you know that we’ve decided to stop supporting the phone number login. This means that we’ve removed this login option and you can no longer log in using your phone number.
However, you will still be able to access your account using another method.
In order to access your adidas Runtastic account without your phone number, please follow the instructions below:
- Open the adidas Running app
- Go to “Profile”
- Click on “Settings” (gear icon)
- Click on “Edit Profile”
Now you can add your email address to your account. Once the correct email address has been added to the email field, click on “Save” for iOS devices or the back button on android phones. Afterward, you can reset your password following the instructions here.
