We’ve updated our Terms & Conditions!

We want to provide you with all the information you might need – so here’s an overview of what has changed in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy:

Apps & Platform: You might have noticed that we’ve taken some of our old apps from the app stores and made changes to the Runtastic.com platform over the past months, and we’ve amended the respective sections accordingly. 

All-in-one adidas account: In order to offer you easy access and a seamless user experience, you will be able to log into all adidas services, including our apps, with just one account in the future. 

Exclusive adidas benefits: By using our apps, you’ll automatically join the adidas membership program, if available in your country. It’s a completely free feature and it’s totally up to you if you want to make use of the benefits and offers made available through the program or not. You can find a list of all countries where the membership program is currently available in our Terms & Conditions.

Data processing: In our Privacy Policy it’s clearly defined how we process and share data with adidas and specific third parties with the aim to create the best possible user experience for you.

Shorter retention period: In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation, personal data and accounts of users within the EU will automatically be deleted after 25 months of inactivity.

Transparency: In accordance with applicable law and for the sake of transparency, we updated information about how and when you as a user will be informed about changes in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and how the discontinuation of apps will be handled.

The new Terms & Conditions will be effective as of September 23, 2019.

The changes in our Terms & Conditions were necessary due to the fact that we've been reducing the number of apps we offer, and because we're collaborating more closely with our parent company, adidas, now in order to further improve our main products and offer you exciting benefits.

We'd love to keep working out with you, but if you wish to object to the Terms & Conditions, you’d need to delete your Runtastic account following the steps in this article.
