Activities not displayed

We are aware that some highly active users receive an error message when trying to view their activities on the Web on www.runtastic.com. This only happens to users who are very active and log over 3000 sessions. 

This error is due to technical restrictions that caused users to not see any activities at all. 

In order to help those users, our developers recently made some changes on our web page. As a result, no more than the last 3 years of activities will be displayed. 

But don’t worry! This does not mean that your sessions have been deleted. They are still saved in our database and in your account. The activities are just not displayed on the Web. 

All your activities are still displayed in the app.
