Synchronize Sleep Sessions to Apple Health

Sleep sessions tracked with the Sleep Better app can be synchronized to Apple Health. To activate the synchronization, follow these simple steps:

  • Open the Sleep Better app
  • Tap “Settings” in the bottom right corner
  • Select “Partner Accounts”
  • Toggle on Apple Health

To ensure that the data will be synchronized, open the Apple Health app, tap “Sources” then “Sleep Better” and ensure that all categories are enabled.
