You can use the adidas Training app on your Apple Watch to:
- see your progress in your Training Plan,
- start your next workout or
- start a Standalone Workout.
After your training, you can enter how difficult you found the workout, where you worked out (e.g. gym, home, hotel, etc.) and how you feel (your mood) after the workout.
Note: You are not able to record your heart rate with the adidas Training app yet.
