Restore In-App purchases

If you've purchased the Premium Membership or the Runtastic PRO app but cannot access all the features and benefits, you may need to restore the In-App purchase. 

To do so, follow the steps below:

  • Tap "Profile" on your tab bar
  • Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
  • Scroll down and select "Runtastic" under "More"
  • Select "Restore In-App Purchases"

Make sure to use the same Apple account you used when you purchased the extra feature the first time.
