Add a workout manually

To add a workout manually in the Runtastic App follow these simple steps:

  • Choose the writing icon at the bottom of your home-screen (first on the left)
  • Choose the activity type by tapping the current activity (e.g. running)
  • Set a duration and starting time
  • The burnt calories are calculated automatically
  • Save your workout by tapping the save icon at the bottom of the screen
