Performance Progress

To open the Performance Progress, go to the menu at the left, click “Statistics” and then “Performance Progress” in the navigation bar next to the green “Add a Workout”.

The Performance Progress displays the improvement of your performance.

Use the drop-down menu under “Performance Progress” to choose between Average speed, Average pace, Average heart rate, Average distance and Average duration.

You can change the time span by using the arrows to the left and to the right of the currently shown time span. You can also choose between a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly view.

The second graph combines the different values (speed, pace, etc.). To choose the values shown, tick the box next to the desired values.

Once again, you are able to change the time span and the daily, weekly, monthly or yearly view.
