To open the Training History, go to the menu at the left, click “Statistics” and then “Training History” in the navigation bar next to the green “Add a Workout”.
The Training History includes general information on your activities.
Use the drop-down menu under “Training History” to choose between Sessions count, Overall distance, Overall duration, Overall elevation gain, Overall elevation loss and Calories burned.
You can change the time span by using the arrows to the left and to the right of the currently shown time span. You can also choose between a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly view.
The second graph combines the different values (distance, duration, etc.). To choose the values shown, tick the box next to the desired values.
Once again, you are able to change the time span and the daily, weekly, monthly or yearly view.
