Set a goal

Go to the menu by swiping the screen from left to right or by tapping the icon in the top left corner. Select “Goals” to set a weight or body fat goal.

Tap “Set a weight goal” and choose the weight you’d like to have and the target date. The smiley at the bottom tells you if the goal is doable. Save the new goal by tapping the check mark in the bottom right corner.
