Download Training Plans

Follow these simple steps to download and use Training Plans in the Runtastic app:

  • Tap “Plan” on the tab bar
  • Select one of the seven different types of Training Plans
  • Choose one of the possible Training Plans (e.g. there are two possible Training Plans for the Summer Body category)
  • The next view shows you how long the training lasts and who prepared it. By tapping “Select Date,” you can schedule your Training Plan
  • Select your starting date and your plan will be activated
  • Now you can start your new Training Plan

Note: The chosen starting date cannot be changed manually.
