The Steps app allows you to gain a deeper insight into your daily habits. For an overview of your monthly statistics, simply tap the “Progress” tab.
The ring diagram summarizes the progress of your daily step goals for the month.
- Green indicates how many days of the month you have reached your daily step goal.
- Red indicates the number of days you reached below 50% of your steps goal.
- Yellow shows the number of days you reached between 50% and 100% of your steps goal.
Next to the colored ring diagram, you can find your average steps for the month and your highest steps count of the month (“Best day”).
To view more details of your steps statistics, tap “See more” in the top right corner. Here you can filter your statistics by “Day”, “Week”, “Month” and “Year”.
