The “Activity” tab gives you a summarized overview of your “Steps”, “Walked kilometers”, “Active minutes” and “Calories” in the past seven days.
Wonder how active you have been on a particular day? Simply tap the respective bar to view more details of that specific day.
- Green shows that you reached at least 100% of your step goal
- Yellow indicates that you reached between 50% and 100% of your step goal
- Red means that you reached less than 50% of your step goal.
