Add a Workout Manually

To add a workout manually in the Runtastic App follow these simple steps:

  • Tap the “Progress” tab
  • Select “Show more” next to “Recent Activities” to open your full history
  • Tap the “+” in the top right corner
  • Set a duration, distance and start time (the burnt calories are calculated automatically)
  • Save your workout by tapping "Next" followed by "Done" in the top right corner
