Apple Watch (Watch Only): During Your Activity

During Running, Walking, Hiking and Running (Treadmill) activities, the following values will be displayed:

  • Distance
  • Duration
  • Pace (replaced with Speed in kph for biking activities)
  • Heart Rate

You'll be shown your average pace for indoor activities, while you have your current pace displayed during outdoor activities. 

During Cycling (Ergometer) activities, only duration and heart rate will be displayed.

If you swipe to the right you can either pause or stop the activity and activate the water lock.
