Change Your Goal

Your goals may change while you are tracking with the Balance app. For example, you may have reached your target weight and now wish to eat healthy to maintain your current weight. To change your goal in the app, simply follow these steps:

  • Tap “Diary”
  • Ensure you are viewing today’s entries
  • Scroll to the bottom
  • Tap “Change Goal” on the right-hand side
  • Make the necessary changes
  • Tap “Update Goal”
